| BRIEF HISTORY |
| 1951 |
| Founding of the company in Montluçon by Mr. Rochelet, designer of the permanent pressure system of dry chemical extinguishers. Mr. Jean Picard is entrusted with the distribution of the extinguishers and opens 40 branches around the world. Most of these are still operating today. |

| 1963 |
| Mr. Jean Picard teams up with his brother Roger to open a branch in Canada. They first set up shop in Alma, then in Jonquière, and then become partners with the company Pierre Thibault Ltée in Ville d'Anjou in 1967. |
